Maxim Charitable Foundation (MCF) The Maxim Charitable Foundation (MCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides assistance to employees of Maxim and others facing financial hardships. In 2019, MCF approved 62 applications for individuals, totaling more than $83,000.
